What an absolutely fabulous day at the club! We hosted our first Amateur Trapshooting Association (ATA) event, and what a turnout, with 37 shooters joining us for the occasion.The ATA discipline is shot single barrel, (including handicap), and despite the tricky lighting conditions, we saw some impressive scores. A huge congratulations to Terry Burns, who had a great day out and took Overall High Gun with 130/150 targets!We also welcomed some new faces to the club, which was fantastic to see. We hope you all enjoyed your day and look forward to having you back.A massive thank you goes out to our ground staff and volunteers, who have put in hours over the past couple of weeks to get everything ready. Your hard work didn’t go unnoticed.To our office staff, kitchen team, and every volunteer who made the day happen - thank you. These events don’t run themselves, and we truly couldn’t do it without your support.Our lucky door prize winner (Chippa 22LR) was Jake Shale, and taking out the Biggest Loser award with good humour was Lance Cazaly.Thanks again to everyone who came and made today such a success.
